U.S. Virgin Islands Clean Energy Workshop—September 2011

The fifth Energy Development in Island Nations (EDIN) Clean Energy Workshop in support of EDIN’s U.S. Virgin Islands pilot project took place at the University of the Virgin Islands — St. Croix, September 15–16, 2011.

During intensive strategic planning sessions, working groups developed strategies and tactics for achieving the U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI) goal of reducing dependence on fossil fuel-based energy 60% by 2025 through energy efficiency and renewable energy.
